How do I delete my account?

So you would like to delete your account?  We understand, here are the steps you can take to do so.

Step 1.  Once you are logged on, select the settings cog icon near the bottom left of the page, just above the icon for your profile.

Step 2.  Select “Subscription” from the top menu.

Step 3.  Under the new plan selections, there is an option to delete your account in red writing.  Select “Cancel membership and delete my account”

Step 4.  Please let us know the reason you are leaving us so we can better serve in the future, then select “Cancel my account”.


If you purchased your subscription on Apple device (iPhone / iPad / iPod Touch)

If you purchased your subscription through our application on any Apple device,
Please follow these steps to cancel or edit an iTunes subscription.

Apple iOs keeps all the subscriptions in "AppStore Settings"

  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. 
  2. Tap on iTunes & App Store. 
  3. Tap on your Apple ID at the top. 
  4. Choose View Apple ID from the popup menu. 
  5. Enter your password when prompted and tap on OK.
  6. Tap on Manage under Subscriptions . 
  7. Tap on the name of the subscription you'd like to cancel or modify. (YogaTime) 
  8. Turn the Auto-Renewal option to Off.
